In 2021 I took on a year contract as Creative Development Manager at Save the Children UK, gaining a deep understanding of business challenges, widening my skill set and ultimately becoming a better, more empathetic leader and creative.
My time at Save the Children was split between the Brand and Communications department and Always On Squad. That meant I drove the creative direction of the organisation's output and worked on big strategic projects, advocating the value of creativity with stakeholders at all levels.
I also embed into the Squad, working agile to guide creative specifically for acquisition assets such as display, paid social and DRTV. I work closely with data analysis, digital experience, optimisation specialists and marketing managers in this capacity.
I was also a practitioner, making purposeful work with talented and passionate people.
