Since starting at Save the Children in June 2021, I’ve gained a deep understanding of business challenges, widened my skill set and ultimately become a better, more empathetic leader and creative.
My time at Save the Children splits between the Brand and Communications department and Always on Squad. This means I drive the creative direction of the organisation's output and work on big strategic projects, advocating the value of creativity with stakeholders at all levels. I also embed into the squad, working agile to guide creative specifically for acquisition assets such as display, paid social and DRTV. I work closely with data analysis, digital experience, optimisation specialists and marketing managers in this capacity. 
I'm also a practitioner, making purposeful work with talented and passionate people.
