I was briefed to create a new fundraising product for Crisis and while researching I discovered that alongside all the practical work the charity does, they also offered an amazing arts programme. Throughout the UK they were teaching classes in photography, painting, still life drawing, songwriting and much more. The output was incredible, and the stories behind the artists absolutely fascinating.
So I created Art from Crisis, a monthly subscription to document this work and, reframe perceptions of the people who experience homelessness.
Each month subscribers receive a high-quality A5 print which they can proudly display or store in a special collector’s box. Accompanying the print is an art brochure with the story behind the artwork and artist and more information about creativity and homelessness.

I also came up with a launch idea to make Art from Crisis famous which had buy-in from the client, but unfortunately was put on hold due to COVID 19.
